Because of neuroplasticity – i.e. the ability for our brains to grow and rewire by creating new neural pathways – we are able to build mental muscles, just as we can build physical muscles through exercise.

The 7-week programme is predominantly delivered through the Positive Intelligence app, with the centre piece being the Positive Intelligence (PQ) programme developed by Shirzad Chamine, a best-selling author, leading executive coach and Stanford lecturer.
We’ll connect you to fellow learners via the app, helping you stay accountable as you explore further through the benefit of shared experiences.
In addition, weekly 30-minute pod discussions, held online and led by our coaches, will enable you to share learning, ask questions and deepen your discoveries.

Saboteurs & Sage
One of the keys to mental fitness is to strengthen the muscles that enable us to weaken our internal saboteurs. These saboteurs – for example, the judge, the controller, the victim and the avoider – are unhelpful behaviours or limiting beliefs that will have served us at some point in the past (e.g. in childhood), but which now get in the way of us developing and delivering positive actions.
Everyone has saboteurs and feeling the negative emotions caused by them, such as stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, guilt and unhappiness, is not in itself a bad thing. However, given that they no longer serve us as well as positive emotions, we can use our saboteurs as alerts that prompt us to shift to a positive response as quickly as possible.
Building our mental fitness helps us identify the patterns of behaviour that limit us, so we can intercept our saboteurs and activate our sage – the part of the brain which produces positive emotions, such as empathy, curiosity, creativity, calm, and clear, laser-focused action. It helps us make better decisions, perform better under pressure and achieve greater happiness and fulfilment in life.
The programme will give you the tools to learn to shift from negative emotions and actions to the positive responses that serve you most powerfully.

As an approved provider, we deliver Positive Intelligence as the foundation for our Mental Fitness for a Positive Mind programme. We offer the programme to individuals, who we can place into an accountability and learning pod for the course, as well as to pre-existing teams.
Once you sign up with us, you will receive access to the Positive Intelligence app for the duration of the programme (with an option to extend this), and you will benefit from coach-led discussion sessions to further enhance your learning and deepen your discoveries. *Your free Saboteur Assessment is offered by Positive Intelligence on their own web platform. Once you have completed your assessment and signed up for your results, Positive Intelligence will send you a series of emails, including your results. These are not marketing emails, but they will help to personalise your experience and ensure you tackle your main saboteurs in your Peak Performance of a Positive Mind programme. The emails will last around one month and will provide ideas for dealing with your saboteurs and shifting to a positive mindset.
