Potential Return on Investment for implementing early stage support on mental health and emotional wellbeing
There are three primary options for business programmes:
1. Enrol your people in the individual Personal Leadership programme, where they will work through the programme individually and each receive 10 x 30-minute personalised coaching sessions. The standard price for this programme is £995 per person, although we can offer discounts if you purchase multiple programmes.
2. Enrol in a corporate Personal Leadership programme. Each person will work through the online programme individually, then benefit from 10 x 1-hour coach-led group discussion sessions to review and reflect on their discoveries and share their learning. These group coaching sessions will take the place of the individual coaching sessions.
In addition to the benefits gained through the individual programme, the corporate package is designed to build connections, strengthen relationships, increase learning and develop greater empathy and understanding between your team members.
A corporate programme is priced at £2,360 for up to 8 people, which is just £295 per person for a full group.
3. Enrol in our Peak Performance of a Positive Mind programme, either as individuals (who we will place in a learning pod) or as a team of up to 5 people. Each person will be given access to the Positive Intelligence app for the duration of the programme. They will receive weekly videos, daily challenges, access to the PQ (Positive Intelligence) gym, an accountability network and weekly group coaching sessions that will help them discover the Peak Performance of a Positive Mind. We can offer fantastic discounts for teams so please contact us to reserve your place.
We can also offer half or full day workshops, either online or in-person, based on the content from our programmes. Workshops will be designed on a bespoke basis once we understand more about your specific needs.
